4 days (40 academic hours)

Russian

Scenario thinking methods are widely used not only for the development of knowledge in economics, art, the field of technological product development and training of product managers, but also in large corporations and political entities for the development of certain competencies and for solving cross-disciplinary tasks, the parameters of which often do not exist yet in reality. We see functional storytelling as a useful attempt to present the future within a real context. Such a way of thinking is a tool not only for training the ability to build connections between different levels of reality, but also for developing the students' format of communication itself.

The programme was created to develop a similar way of thinking as a way of organizing curatorial statements. The course is built on a game model, inside the designed space in which students will be asked to develop a narrative for the present, considering past and future ideas about reality.
